  • To reserve your date, email us at whiteoaksbarn@gmail.com stating you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Prior to booking a date, we hope you can come out in person to visit the venue. You can request a tour (or a virtual tour if you live out of the area) via email, but an in person tour is not required prior to booking a date. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process from us by email first for a specific date will be first in line

  • When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a $500 booking fee to be paid. The remaining rental fee can be paid in four 25% monthly payments starting no later than six months prior to the rental period. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to the start of your rental period

  • Our prices include all taxes and fees. We won’t surprise you with any hidden service charges or last-minute fees

  • In case of inclement weather, your ceremony will be held in the venue. If you’re also holding your reception in the venue, we will work with you to create a plan that will work for both your ceremony and reception

  • Absolutely! We want you to have full control over what vendors bring your vision to life and who you want to work with. Anything alcohol related is the only vendor we provide as White Oaks Barn has an exclusive in-house bar service. If you need some help finding great vendors, our preferred vendor list is included upon booking

  • We do not allow any food cooked by family or friends, other than wedding cakes and desserts to be brought in for your reception. Any reception food service must be delivered and set up by a catering company or restaurant

  • White Oaks Barn has an exclusive in-house bar service. Please see the details found here for our three standard packages. Other bar services + outside alcohol are prohibited at our venue

  • Yes, one of our experienced event supervisors will be on site on your wedding day to manage anything venue related. The venue is not responsible for planning, scheduling, or coordinating any part of your day. You should lean on the experience of a planner to ensure that your day is planned out perfectly
